Marvel's Spider-Man Has a Release Date September 7 is the day. Marvel's Spider-Man will be released for PS4 on September 7, and pre-orders are open now. The game's post-launch DLC will come in the form of a three-part campaign called Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps. The only details we have right now are that each chapter will come "with new missions, new villains and characters, and additional suits for Spider-Man."
Pre-orders of any edition come with three extra Spider-Man suits - so far we've only seen Spider-Punk - a Spider-Drone gadget, extra Skill Points to be spent on in-game upgrades.
This game will be an open world game with narrative missions, that this is an experienced Peter Parker who begins the game with all his powers, and that Mary Jane will be a playable character.
HIGHLIGHT OF GAME :
Worlds Collide
"The worlds of Peter Parker and Spider-Man collide in an original action-packed story. In this new Spider-Man universe, iconic characters from Peter and Spider-Man’s lives have been reimagined, placing familiar characters in unique roles."
"One of the most compelling things about Spider-Man is just when Peter Parker and Spider-Man's worlds collide, and we've tried really hard to weave the two stories together to create a story that is not necessarily just a superhero story but a human story as well." -- Jacinda Chew, Art Director
